random hammer build kd+damage
was mucking about in ab with random mixes of hammer kd+secondary kd+damage skills of other classes, been using this for a bit with loads of success
ye ye i know...the idea of warrior using smite skills is looked badly at but 5energy for 80 damage, cant argue imo
i-blow
dev hammer/backbreaker
stonesoul strike
heavy blow/hammer bash/counter blow
holy strike
flail
lions comfort
some form of res

you can, because you're basically investing attribute points in it aswell.
you should have 14 hammer mastery realy ...
crushing blow instead of irr blow. deep wound > some poor anti-block thing
now for the smite skills :
let's take a look at fierce blow and mighty blow :
fierce will do +38 with another +19 if weakness sticks : total +57
mighty will do +38
now, fierce will easely top your 80 damage, without 5 energy, and without waisting points into an attribute line.
switch out the second smite skill for sprint or rush.
a simple devestating - crushing - fierce - heavy blow will be better than dev - smite - heavy - smite, cause deepwound > *
pump the points you save into tactics and grab healing signet, so you can heal up without adrenalin, if needed.

For heavy secondary usage I've got 2 templates along the lines of these (this is from memory) saved.
backbreaker
mighty blow
crushing blow
aftershock
bull's strike
flail
grasping earth
res / IDK but not energy based, squash heal sig in I guess
backbreaker
holy strike
stonesoul strike
crushing blow
hammer bash
frenzy
rush
res / restful breeze
neither are better than hammer builds which borrow far less from the secondary and energy is very tight. BTW get another set of armour, your max health and +1 strength helm is not good.

big aftercast after stonesoul strike makes it really inferior to another hammer attack

That's even worse. Put the +1 hammer in your helm. Run a minor strength and tactics. As a rule put sups, majors and headgear bonuses in the lines with the highest investment.

That is not correct at 12 hammer mastery lets say;
Fierce 6 adrenaline does +34 damage to foes suffering from weakness, otherwise it does +17 damage
Mighty 7 adrenaline does +34 damage.

That is correct. Fierce Blow is useless now that Mighty Blow has been buffed.

Most enemies in pve don't use blocking skills so it's not worth bringing stuff that punishes blockers. Since you're using a hammer in pve, you should at least use Counter Blow....it's almost a guaranteed KD on everything since even casters sit there wanding stuff. Add Crushing Blow...deep wound is powerful.
I'd probably change your entire hammer build around. With no way to speed up your adren increase it'll take a while to charge Devastating. Even then at the fast rate things die in pve, it's almost not worth using Dev. I myself use Forceful for pve - low cost, damage, and weakness. You should replace Irresistible with Enraging. Assuming your monks (hench or hero) are good, you don't need any selfhealing.....pve isn't really a hard challenge. If you can, increase your points in Hammer mastery.
EDIT: I just realized that Necrosis at the max sunspear rank is only 5 less damage than Stonesoul at 10 smiting.
